It wasn't by the Foo's. Dave Grohl wrote all the tracks and played all the instruments but he released it under the name "Late". Well he was pursuaded in to handing it to some independent music company who sold a limited amount of cassettes, then guess what it spread around like wild fire and the Foo Fighters were born. You can't get hold of it on CD or vinyl and will probably never see it on cassette unless someone is selling a bad copy over the net.
