M32C/84 Instant Access

Hey,
I have been having trouble debugging an embedded OS I am writing for the M32. I reached a point where I am not sure if it is my code or the software/hardware I am using. Another programmer I have been talking to on another forum recommended I go to this site and test my code http://www.techonline.com/community/ed_resource/virtualab. This company lets you access eval kits online but they are not demos or emulators. I have been writing my own code for the M32C/84 and testing it on these labs. Has anyone else checked these out?
