Have you installed the latest fixes for HEW 2.2? If not they are available at the following URL. Which Operating System are you using? Another solution to this would be to download the latest version of the HEW Gui 3.0, this is available at the link below. However you will need to keep HEW 2.2 since this is where the debug component is installed for the E7. If you having trouble put another post on this site.
