I am a software trainer, operating as a sole trader and not registered for VAT. My experience is that Renesas will not answer me directly, and the distributors that they pass me on to (with one exception) aren't prepared even to speak to me. The EVB7045F is a nicely packaged and reasonably priced board, sadly now discontinued.
