ET7 and HEW problems!!!

Hi
I'am using the ET7 debug Tool with the H8/3687 MCU. My HEW Version is 2.2 incl. all avilable service packs from the Renesas Homepage. I work with the IAR Compiler and the HW debug Interface on my Hardware is designed from the renesas application note. Now my Problem: At the beginning the ET7 works fine, but after setting one breakpoint, the HEW IDE crashes. The HEW Software inc. USB Driver is not stabil. I tried it with 3 differnd PC's and several OS (Win98/Win XP) Can everybody help my please? (Sorry for my bad english!)
