The routines you need are given in apps note 125 and are available for download. Specifically you need the 0.35um routines. For the H8/3068F use the H8S/2612F routines listed in appendix C but make sure you change the addresses of the registers so they are correct for the H8/3068F. The source code for apps note 125 can be downloaded using the link below. The delay timer code will need to be modified so it uses a timer available on the H8/3068F. Apps note 130 shows how these routines can be used in a real application.
