FDT and the 2633F

I am using the FDT to download a monitor in boot mode into the 2633F. The FDT reports success, but after cycling the power on the board the memory areas in FLASH are empty. The FDT even reports successful verification. Have I managed to enable a shadow RAM or what could be the problem? I haven't programmed the board more than some fifty times, so the FLASH shouldn't ben worn out.
