EVB2633F - code limitation?

Hi,
I'am using a EVB2633F / advanced mode / mode 6 / external data bus 8 bit / external RAM removed / HEW 1.3 (release3) / FDT 1.5 (Beta4)
??? Is there a code size limit while using the EVB2633? My program is running fine with a code size < 128 kB (according to the MAP-file) - but has problems with a code size > 128 kB (upto 256kB)!
Can anyone help?
