Programming H83664 flash without debugger

Hi all, we are using LEM for h83664, we have tried to program flash not for debug (without debug code) with initial windows of HDI for LEM. It doesn't work; reset vector and SP initialization are right, TEST and NMI pins are correctly connected. Any ideas ? (in debug mode the system works fine).
