H8/3687: how to read and flash eprom?

I need to modify maps from my motorbike ecu, I kwon only that use H8/3687 cpu and have a iso 9141 interface, here you can see a pic:

I have a rs323 interface and FDT software, can somebody help me to red the internal eprom?
