Error No 15047: The device has not confirmed its erasure

Hi, I tried to program the flash of SH7055F on SH7055F EVB through Universal Flash Programming Board (HMSE UPB) using FDT v3.05. The first connect was successful and the flash was erasured witout problem. But the program (rom monitor) downloading failed. The second connect failed with errors: ---------------------------------------- Connecting to device 'SH/7055F' on 'COM1' Configuration: 'BOOT Mode' connection using the HMSE Universal Programming Board Opening port 'COM1' ... Loading Comms DLL Loaded Comms DLL Looking for running kernel... Unable to download DeviceID from target No running kernel found, booting device... Looking for interface... Resetting interface Taking RESET line low (Reset On) Enabling 12V supply Enabling Vpp supply Enabling MDx Taking RESET line low (Reset Off) Booting FZTAT device Error No 15047: The device has not confirmed its erasure Error No 15024: Boot failed Resetting interface ---------------------------------------- Is there anybody can help how I can connect to teh board or download anything, at least the ROM monitor file (7055mon.mot) again?
