Soft for programming H8/3048

Hello
I'am looking for software to programm flash memory on H8/3048 (0,8um device). Lastest FDT 3.07 dont support this chip (only 3048B).
Could anybody help me to find othrt version of flash.exe, or module for 3048 ucontroller?
Few years ago I have used program Flash.exe, unfortunatly it lost. I found another copy, but it suport only H8S/2144.
I cannot found this programm on Renesas site (only infos).
