3052BF FDT trouble

I would like to substitute renesas h8/3048Bf on my working board with h8/3052Bf(pin to pin and functionally comaptible), but I am unable to program this device with FDT. When I try to connect to device with FDT, it always generates this two errors:
Error No 15031: device failed to erase
Error No 15019: Download() failed.

With renesas h8/3048bf I can connect and program the device with any problem, but when I set FDT for programming 3052BF It doesn't work.

Can anyone help?
