We heard they are proposing a change to the school name, from South Bend St. Joe to Penn West. 4 starters for St. Joe will have come through the Penn system to go along with Litka. How in the world did the NIC principals allow St. Joe in the conference. Point 2...the entire St. Joe boys tennis team lives in the Adams school boundaries from what I was told.
