Your DNA article is erroneous in a few aspects. Whilst you are correct to an extent that DNA cannot be matched precisely to one individual, the technology - to use more STR's - is easily available. At present the hit stats are 1 in 1 billion. You are wrong in your assertion that the OJ case has caused doubt with DNA: it was the defence fallacy put about by using incorrect stats that got him off: if the prosecution had done their job this appalling act of smokescreening would have been understood by the jury and put in context. Be clear: the DNA at the scene was absolutely his. The DNA in the car and elsewhere was absolutely that of the victims. There is simply no doubt at all. As for arguments about the possibility of bacteria altering the DNA - rubbish. The extra shoemarks at the scene - rubbish too. Last ... congratulations on a brilliant site. It's nice to know somebody is standing up for all of us!
