i got sprayed with cs gas yestoday at the time i was handcuffed and posed no thret to police ive now got big blisters filled with yellow puss all over my face and cant even talk without pain is this reasnable force or just for the police to use as and when thay like cs gas is poison and should onley be used when its needed why do thay use it so freely
