I am British Born and Bred. I certainly would hope that you do not believe that the entire population is like that. I cannot make excuses for those that you speak about nor can I make any appologies as it is not my place. But I emplore you to keep in mind that the UK does have people that do care and believe in being polite and curtious to each other.
