It's the Tanque Verde Guest Ranch in Tucson, AZ. I believe the Hey Dude set is still there, on the outskirts of the property. There are even a few pictures on this site. They were taken 6-7 years ago, but I'd be surprised if they would go through the trouble of tearing it down. Here is the Tanque Verde site:
