IIC problem

Hi Everyone:
I used H83687 IIC bus to access EEPROM 24C02, I have found some questions. My program can access 24C02 correctly at first, but after that I cann't access 24C02 anymore!! Do anyone have any idea about this?? Thank you for your help~~!!
