Could you please provide more details? Why not place a plug at the time of a triple neurectomy? If a plug is supposed to close up the inguinal ring/canal, is it possible that my plug has migrated and that is causing some of my problems? How could my testicle retract if the plug is in the way? What exactly does "contraction of the plug" mean?
The nociceptive pain that I feel in inferior and medial to my incision. I feel the pain just lateral to the pubic symphysis. Would orchiectomy possibly resolve this pain? I have been considering it for some time now just to help alleviate some of the discomfort.
