Why the he** would any surgeon put a plug in a patient at the time of a triple neurectomy? This is malpractice. I suspect the testicular problem is related to contraction of the plug. See an EXPERIENCED hernia surgeon and consider re-exploration with removal of the plug and reconstruction with a light weight mesh.
