My husband had major surgery and developed a hernia around his abdomen post-surgery. He had a lap repair about a year ago and went for his 3 month check up which was supposedly fine. That surgeon said it was a REALLY BIG hernia. Well, it really doesn't look fine and looks the same as pre-surgery. Plus, DH seems to have discomfort. Any recs for top Hernia specialists in NY? I saw Brian Katz on the Castle Connelly list but he doesn't take our insurance.
