Hernia MD: Now my throat seems to be burning

Hernia MD, I got better, worse, better, etc. and now worse again. This time my esophagus seems to be burning. I think this could be reflux. What are your thoughts? I think there is a breakdown of the Nissen wrap. Futhermore, I don't think it is wise for a 3rd appempt. It is probably better to take it down and go back on PPI's. What are your thoughts. I am in a lot of discomfort.
