Over 3 months out- Question for Hernia MD about Nissen Fundoplication

Hernia MD

I am over 3 months out after my 2nd Nissen fundoplication for Heartburn and a hiatal hernia. The pain had for the most part had gone away about a month ago. But last weekend, I started to feel chest/shoulder pain. It was pretty bad yesterday. On Monday I had sneezed and felt a tightness in my chest like something was pressing against the lungs. Could this Nissen had slipped again?
I wonder even if the 2 minor sneezes I had on Monday caused something to become undone. Should I go back to my original surgeon? I have not seen Dr. Ralph Aye yet but I think he deals with complications of Lap Nissen operations. He wants people to wait at least 3 to 6 months before they go to him.
