For Hernia MD: Lap Nissen Fundo Question follow-up

Dear Dr. Hernia MD, speaking of the revisional Lap Nissen, I am still getting some left chest and shoulder discomfort. My EGD is scheduled for later this week. Is is it possible the surgeon made a mistake when he took down the wrap and then when did it over, there was some mistake made? Will this EGD show exactly what's wrong?
