repeat laparoscopy in the groin after mesh placement is difficult because of the scarring to the mesh. Trying to remove mesh can lead to injuring tissue and there is an increased risk of testicular atrophy or injury to the spermatic cord. Dr. Towfigh is one of many surgeons capable of dealing with an issue like this.
