I had a hernia repair done with a heavy weight mesh in 2003. It gave me much trouble and a surgeon took this mesh out and replaced it laparoscopically with a light mesh in 2006. He had to go in somewhat later and remove adhesions which he did successfully. I have started to get a lot of left groin pain. This started after I bent down to pick something up off the floor and for some reason I sneezed and it created a lot of pressure. So after a few weeks the pain in the groin is getting much worse. I don't see a bump or bulge but I did feel like the sneeze dislodged something. Can you go back in laparoscopically to figure out what's wrong or how would you approach this?
