The info I gave is from the operative report. There is no mention of the type of mesh used other then "Extra Large" and there is no mention of any slit being made. Yes I have seen a urologist who has given me physical exams and a scrotal ultrasound and finds "nothing medically wrong". Yet the pain and swelling persists. He has referred me to his partner for a second opinion before proceeding with any other testing. I am inclined to find another Urologist far removed from this surgeon and the Urologist that he referred me to. Suggestions? Should I be looking for another type of doctor to investigate these symptom? Thank you so much for responding.
