From the operative report per right side: An indirect hernia sac and lipoma was dissected off of the spermatic cord using blunt and sharp instruments with electorcautery. Extra large mesh placed....secured with Absorba Tacks...mesh then secured with Evicel to keep it in place postoperatively. Left side...same procedure except an extra large left sided mesh was used.
