I had bilateral lap surgery to repair left and right inguinal hernias 6 months ago. My right testical remains swollen and painful. I went through 2 courses of different antibiotics to rule out infection. Not getting better. Diagnosed with epydimitus (spelling?). There is pain and swelling of both the testical and the epydidymus on the right side and a little pain of the left testical as well. After 6 months I am very worried as to why this is not improving. I was told that the surgeon may have "tied things to tight down there". Any ideas as to what is likely going on?
