just reading about you on the North Penn site:
a few points of interest:
1)Goodyear did my original surgery - horrible pain that I am still dealing with.
2) Amid did my neurectomies with limited success on my right side and none on my left.
3) Grischkan did my most recent surgery: freed up my spermadic cord and replaced balled up mesh. I am not sure why Amid was not competent to do those things. My surgery with Grisckan has given me no improvement, except for ejaculation. Unfortunately, due to pain I do not have the most active sex life right now.
4) I am scheduled to see Dr. Myers next month. I will look into this Dr. Towfigh now as well.
5) good luck, i live in upstate NY as well.
