He explained the surgery yesterday and did talk about the inguinal ring. I don't remember him saying anything specifically about putting in the plug but he described the inguinal ring and then reinforcing the wall with the mesh.
That's a little neglect on my part I guess for not specifically inquiring about the specifics of the surgery I guess.
