Based on very similar symptoms and experience, I very strongly encourage you to begin good research of the issues you may be dealing with re the mesh. Yes, of course, try the anti-inflammatories, and I hope they help. In the event they don't -- and for many of us, frankly, they didn't -- you'll be thoughtful and ready for next steps, if necessary. I also recommend getting a colonoscopy to rule out problems. I had bowel complications, too, and at least felt better knowing, after a colonoscopy, that everything was structurally ok and that the plug hadn't migrated to affect the intestine, which it has been known to do. I do understand you don't have a plug...
