I was out the same day with triple neurectomy and a fairly complicated removal and repair surgery. I walked often, right from the start, at the suggestion/requirement of the surgeon. And, I walked many miles in the days/weeks after that. It did take a number of days to get more fully mobile, and 3 weeks to really start feeling stronger/better. I think my issues were really more about the nature of my surgery than they were about the triple neurectomy.
