I don't know what experience your surgeon has with re-operative stomach surgery. I don't know many surgeons in the Northwest, but John Hunter in Portland is a nationally know surgeon who is among the most experienced in the world in lap fundoplication. I doubt the tightness of the initial wrap has anything to do with the current problem.
