I am 53 and in really good shape - Shirin was amazing in every regard and my results could not have been better - do a search for my name and you will pull my full story. had gas done by choi, also @ cedars - he did my ankle surgery - he is great, no residual. I ride road bikes so it was important for me not to feel different or have anything cut - zero pain, I mean nothing, I was back on the bike in less than a week and fully recovered in 2 - flat out the best thing I have ever done health wise
