sorry for your issues, its a b###h - on 10/22/2008 I had the below dr do a LIHR -
right indirect inguinal hernia repair, Laparoscopic / TEPP, moderate size with a large lipoma of the cord component - implanted large bard xl pro mesh - all I can say is that I was in zero pain, took a total of 400mg ibuprofin after surgery and the same before bed and that was it. I was totally whole in 2 weeks, I mean like I never had a hernia whole. she is the $hit, I cannot recommend anyone more highly than her - do your homework, she now heads up the dept at cedars which is not to shabby of a hosipital. she has a newly built out suite on the 5th floor, its amazing - you will be treated with the best of case. also request dr choi, I had him before for ankle surgery and he is top notch - you will not feel or remember a thing, nothing in the throat, etc. good luck with whatever you do.
