I have looked at this mesh and I don't like it at all. The ring is stiff and will irritate. Look at the problems with the Kugel patch. This thing is similar. The newer, lightweight meshes have very little contraction. Stay away d=from stiff meshes and stay with modern, lightweight soft meshes.
