I posted below...I had no pain for about three weeks, and all of a sudden after walking for about thirty minutes this past Monday night, I began to feel a sharp, stinging pain that I had experienced for about thirty seconds before. That pain went away, so I figured it was no big deal. At first, I thought it may be the Steri Strips, and removed them.
It has progressively gotten worse since Monday. When I take a deep breath, I can feel it even more. It almost feels like stretching, pulling, and a sharp pinching is going on. My doctor, when I visited him on Thursday, said that it is likely scar tissue that is forming underneath the skin. He seemed to think it was no big deal, but honestly the pain continues to get worse. Do you have any thoughts on what might be going on? I have had NO problems up until this. Any guess as to how long it could last? It was laparoscopic surgery on Jan. 9. I appreciate any advice or thoughts you might have.
