I had the same surgery on 1/21, I have similar symptoms. Constipation was terrible lasting for about 10 days. I do get that burning when I get up in the morning. I have found that if you sit up for 15 seconds before hoping out of bed, there is no burning. I still have some soreness and mild swelling but I think I am getting better. My surgeon told me all this is normal. It is nice to know that others are having similar experiences, which indeed does mean it is normal. Good luck with your recovery.
