I am becoming more skeptical of mesh. Look at TiMesh which is titanium coated or mesh by Parietex. Mesh moves, retracts, etc. and these modern meshes may be better than UltraPro. If you read Dr. Goodyears board, some others have mentioned Dr. Bruce Ramshaw. He does all types of repairs. If you want your mesh out he can do it as can Dr. Kevin Peterson in Las Vegas.
