I have had one spigalian hernia repair (on the right side of my abdomen). Now I have a left sided hernia and I can't seem to get it diagnosed because it isn't showing up on any scans. I have exactly the same symptoms. I had a hard time proving the first hernia & walked around with it for over a year trying to get it diagnosed. What other method is there for diagnosing a hernia? I have been to a lot of doctors and am getting no help. They keep saying if I had one it would have showed up on the CT, which I know is a load of bull.
