I would try the anti-inflammatories, and aspirin. The sensitivity issue is no doubt a circuation problem, brought on by lack of flow. I too had this problem, but was unable to maintain. I was told this was a urological problem, by the surgeon who did the surgery. Yeh, right, pass the buck onto someone else. It was inflammation, and is now getting much better. The problem I had was that the surgeon, and pain management skipped past the anti-inflammatories, and went right to nerve injections, and needles, which did nothing. At that point, I was stuck in the medical system, without anyone backing up, and giving me anti-inflammortories. A surgeon may not be the doc for you, they seem to be ok with a knife, but if you do not need cutting they seem to be lost. The trick is seeing the right doc. I had bowel problems that eventually came along(it was hanging out of me), I believe that the blood vessel were so backed up, that it was falling out of me. Hope everything works out for you.
