alloderm does stretch over time and this may explain your symptoms. I never use alloderm for a "tension free" repair since it does bulge over time. A CAT scan may help to sort out these issues. If the hernia is bulging out, a repeat laparoscopic repair with synthetic mesh would be a preferred method of repair.
