Yari, I just had mild pain in my leg, abdomen and back ad no visible lump. I went to a surgeon had the OP and was diagnosed with a indirect inguinal hernia. Got it fixed and six weeks later no regrets. The pain will go away but remember you will have some post OP pains but they are not the same as the hernia pain. I was told many times that my hernia is small and i should not even think of fixing it, well i am glad i had it fixed. All i can say if you feel comfortable living with some post OP pain for a short duration and get your quality of life back, then go for it. Like i said, im happy i did.
