Hi Jeff. Dont worry about the yellow color, like Dylan said it is the antisecptic they use for the sugery and as for the numbness, well hang in there I am six weeks post op and also have numbness underneath the cut and inner thigh right up to the side of my scrotum. It seems it is a normal conditon. It will probably get better with time or might never, but you sure get used to it.
