Week After Surgery, Wondering about testicles

It's been a work after my surgery. I had a large inguinal hernia. I had surgery and recovery seems to be getting better. My penis is bruised and streched. I have a lot of extra skin and it still seems swollen or bigger then normal, I was wondering if the skin will go away? or do I need to have surgery again? Will the testicles shrink with time?
