Hi Dylan, I had bilaterial inguinal laparoscopic surgery done about 8 weeks back now.
I had all sorts of pains that worried me for the first couple of weeks but In time they have all settled down or gone away totally.
I called my surgeon after 5 days and he said I could come in for an examination if I was really worried, this put my mind at ease ( I had been debating in my mind whether to call or not but Im glad I did)
From my experience it has just been a case of giving my body time to heal and accepting that there is adjustment pains to endure along the way, however as stated before I am glad I rang my surgeon as it put my mind at rest that the pain was normal and not a complication - however everyones case is different.
