I had a hernia surgery three days ago. My surgeon installed the ON Q. I would highly recommend it. Last night I removed it and it was no big deal. Wish that it would last a few days longer though. If I had it to do over again I think I would clamp it occasionally to make it last another day or two. Good luck!
