There are two boards. This Board and a Hernia Discussion Forum with North Penn Hernia Institution Dr.Goodyear. There are several other surgeons who are part of this hernia Institution. It could be a research center but it looks like they do not do laparsopic surgery. I copied this questiona and hope somebody can answer it ans it has not been replied yet. Can somebody replay what it like to go back in laparascopically. Here is the question

Are you saying it is difficult to do a recurrent hernia in the preperitoneal space (TAPP or TEP)unless the surgeon is highly experienced? Are these hernias just outside what Dr.Goodyear calls the myopectal orifice?
